How long does it take to process my order?
Generally orders are processed within 24 hours from the time that the funds become available. Wires are immediate, ACH is 24 hours upon receipt, and a check can be as long as 10 days. Please call to discuss special circumstances.


How is my package shipped?
All packages are shipped via UPS, USPS or Brinks.


Will I receive tracking info?
Yes, once your order is shipped you will receive a notification.


What is your return policy?
Generally all sales are final. In the event that there is good reason for a return all coins and bars that are returned or sold to us must be shipped USPS registered and insured. When you return or send coins or bars we will NOT assume any responsibility while product is in transit, and will only assume responsibility while coins/bars are in the our physical care, custody and control. Certified coins will not be accepted for return if protective case has been damaged or tampered with. If a case has not been damaged or tampered with, returns will be accepted on certified coins only if the original order is returned, shipped to us via US Post Office, insured for their full value and post marked no later than two days from the time the order is received by you. In the event that a package has not been delivered by UPS, USPS, etc., we will not be able refund or reship the purchased product if lost in shipping until the appropriate carrier has notified us in writing that the package has been declared lost. At that point in time we will, at our discretion, either replace or refund the full purchase price. There will be no returns on bullion type coins.


Can I cancel my order?
Generally, we operate on a good faith policy. Once you have been issued a confirmation number, all prices are locked in regardless of whether you are buying form us or selling to us. All cost of packing, and insurance work will be passed on to the customer.
